Overview Fiber Optic Technician – This role is part of our mobile workforce team and will be required to travel across the US to help our Data Center business grow. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems such as Fiber Optics, Copper, Construction, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications. Learn how to read schematics and use industry-standard tools to complete installations. Gain hands-on experience in cabling, networking, and system integration. Work alongside experienced technicians while building your technical foundation. Deliver great service to clients while representing Black Box in the field. Ensure all work follows safety guidelines and industry standards. Qualifications Interest in technology, electronics, or hands-on mechanical work. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. A “can-do” attitude with the drive to grow your career. Bonus: Familiarity with computer networking, construction principles, or networking is a plus.
