You\'ll work closely with oncology providers, infusion center staff, and nursing to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated cancer care. Responsibilities Manage and counsel patients on oral oncology medications. Collaborate with infusion/oncology pharmacists to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients on medication adherence, side effects, and safe handling. Support compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards. Participate in clinical reviews, care planning, and quality improvement. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Preferred Education: Oncology pharmacy experience, completion of PGY1 residency. Required Licensure/Certifications: Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida or eligible to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire/transfer. Required Experience: One year pharmacist/intern experience. Preferred Experience: Oncology pharmacy experience, completion of PGY1 residency. Necessary skills: Attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork, patient education, and supervision of technician staff. Supervision: Supervisory responsibility of 3-18 employees.
