Use government websites and professional resources to find accurate answers. Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions accurately. Who You Are Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Excellent customer service skills; confident video/audio interaction with customers. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing our brand. What You Need Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
