What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide the correct answer to customers in everyday language. Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge, plus an active PTIN. Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand. Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
