Screen Printer
Job Title: Screen Printer
Location: Corydon, IN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Are you an experienced screen printer looking for your next opportunity in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Screen Printer with at least two years of hands-on experience in screen printing and heat press operations to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate screen printing, heat press, and embroidery equipment to fulfill job tickets.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure the proper use of materials and supplies.
- Support quality control efforts to meet product specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Accurately complete job tickets and other records.
- Meet production deadlines and established output rates.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment.
- Follow workplace rules, including breaks and confidentiality guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating screen printing equipment and heat presses.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
- Tolerance for working around dust, fumes, and chemical odors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to read and follow job tickets accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a production environment.
