Summary:

Superior Windows Manufacturing is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our business across the Pittsburgh region. We generate the leads — you close the job. Our marketing and operations team handles the outreach and appointments; your focus is building trust, quoting accurately, and helping customers choose the right solution.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, contractors, and partners to understand their needs, provide quotes, and guide them through the purchasing process. Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development team member who can learn directly from our current Sales Lead — a long-time team member with deep product and customer knowledge — and grow into a leadership role over time. This is a unique opportunity to learn the business from the inside, build relationships with customers, and help shape the next chapter of Superior’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visits.
  • Conduct customer consultations to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and sales orders using our quoting software.
  • Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the process — from quote to installation.
  • Support marketing initiatives (Clipper Magazine, digital ads, referral programs) by following up on generated leads.
  • Document and refine the sales process to support training and future growth.
  • Work closely with the current Sales Lead to learn the full quoting, pricing, and customer relationship cycle.

Skills & Experience (a plus, but not everything)

  • Prior experience in sales, construction, or home improvement preferred (but not required).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort using software tools and email for quoting and customer communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership position.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

What We Offer

  • Base Pay: $18,000–$30,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission: $80,000 to $182,000 performance-based commission structure tied to sales.
  • Training Period: 3–6 months of hands-on learning with our current Sales Lead.
  • Growth Path: Opportunity to advance into a full Sales Lead role within 12–18 months.
