Job Summary

Do you have experience in the sign or printing industry? Are you looking for an extremely unique and challenging position where everyday is different? Our high-volume sign & graphics company is seeking a full-time Print Production Specialist to operate and maintain our facility's equipment in order to produce high-quality brand imagery. 

Qualifications

• Experience in the sign or printing industry
• Strong Computer skills with the ability to operate software for project management, design applications, & printing/cutting output
• Excellent communication skills, close attention to detail, and ability to problem solve 

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment including Plotters, Printers, Laminators, Roll Slitter, Shop Tools, etc…
• Maintain / exceed established production rates and manage the workflow of projects
• Able to complete several different projects simultaneously
• Assist with ordering materials and tracking inventory in house
• Help unload deliveries; Prepare Shipments; Clean and maintain storage areas
• Perform quality assurance by accurately reading and interpreting Work Orders & Proofs
• Prepare substrates for different projects including cleaning, cutting, vinyl application, etc…
• Complete finishing tasks such as laminating, trimming, mounting, etc…
• Coordinate with staff designers, project managers, & installers to ensure due dates are met. Be accountable for mistakes, be a self-starter and take ownership of role
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics code
