Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Integration:   Practice at Advocate Children’s Hospital – Park Ridge with a favorable home-based call schedule and minimal trauma exposure.

• Favorable Call Schedule:  Home-based call with 1 weekend/month and 1 weeknight/week, shared with two other surgeons.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:  Salary competitive with 50th percentile for pediatric surgeons, based on experience.
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to productivity and quality improvement.
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: $20,000
