Job Summary: The Sr Clinical Analyst is responsible for planning and leading projects related to Information Systems and Applications within the WMC Health Pharmacy department. This individual participates in or leads the development of workflows, system configuration, application deployment and support, change documentation, and staff support on application functionality. The role requires staying current with the application and interfacing with WMC Health IS and external analysts. The incumbent should have a good understanding of technical infrastructure such as networking, data interfaces, and server administration, and be comfortable providing technical assistance remotely and in person. Excellent communication skills are essential for sharing information with users within the department. The Sr Clinical Analyst provides guidance for ongoing maintenance, testing, and support of clinical systems, and offers consultative IT advice to leadership.
