This role provides the unique opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated cases in a small firm environment. The position involves the preparation and submission of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications for permanent residence and naturalization to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications to the Department of State, as well as PERM applications with the Department of Labor. PERM experience is a must.
