Key Responsibilities: Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles. Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Manage fuel usage and expenses. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs. Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency. Handle any issues related to vehicle accidents or breakdowns.
