POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Government Relations will lead and execute AACRAO’s public policy agenda, engaging with federal government bodies, crafting policy strategy, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and aligning government engagement with organizational priorities. This role works closely with the executive team, program leads, and external partners. Salary Range: $105,000 – $155,000 Policy & Strategy Development Lead the development of the government relations and advocacy strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, goals, and operational priorities. Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison and advocate to Congress and federal agencies. QUALIFICATIONS Required / Minimum: Seven (7) years of experience in government relations, public policy, legislative affairs, or advocacy, with progressively increasing responsibility.
