Core Crew (Front Desk & Sales) - Las Olas, FL Join [solidcore] as a Core Crew member, providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager. This part-time role requires an energetic, outgoing, and personable individual with varying hours based on studio schedule and needs. Core Crew members contribute to [solidcore]'s success by generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive experience with professionalism and patience. Responsibilities: Bring [solidcore]'s client experience acronym, CORE, to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers. Interact with clients, assess and address their needs, and respond to requests and concerns promptly. Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, including class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions. Perform routine client-facing system tasks, such as new account set-up, scheduling, and package purchases. Assist the Head Coach, Community Manager, and Coaches in daily operations, maintaining a clean studio and providing a superior client experience. Notify the Head Coach and management team of any employee or client complaints and assist in responding appropriately. Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients and follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas. Respond to client emails and alert coaches about client milestones. Requirements: High school education, with some college preferred. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, walk through the studio, and work a flexible schedule. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, and strong organizational skills. Careful attention to detail, ability to initiate tasks, and stand for long durations. 1 year of sales experience and MBO experience preferred, with a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand. Compensation & Benefits: $15.00/hour plus opportunities to earn a sales commission and free drop-in classes.
