Blueair, a global brand under Unilever with a focus on consumer health, is looking for a Global Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance organization and drive strategic growth across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Blueair's global financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments; identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Lead finance teams across Chicago, Stockholm, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, fostering collaboration.
• Serve as the primary financial liaison to the Board of Directors, providing reports and insights.
• Streamline financial operations and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with internal leaders to develop short- and long-term strategy.
• Champion the adoption of innovative financial technologies and practices, including digital transformation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven senior financial leadership experience in a global or multinational setting.
• 35 years in a finance leadership role (preferred).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving financial growth and innovation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to inspire diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of global financial markets and practices, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience in consumer electronics, durable goods, or similar industry preferred.
• Financial acumen in managing budgets, performance, and risk.
• Ability to travel internationally and adapt to cultural environments.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Pay

Base salary $180,000 $200,000 per year.

Bonus

Substantial upside potential tied to individual and company performance.
