About The Role : As an Assistant Manager, you will support the execution of the store strategy, recruit and develop teams, and own assigned areas of responsibility. You will also implement action plans, perform Service Leader duties, and represent the brand.

  • Support strategies to drive store sales through a customer-centric mindset.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.

Who You Are : A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience, a high school graduate or equivalent, and a good communicator. You are passionate about retail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by metrics to deliver results.

  • Ability to travel as required.
