Job Description
We are seeking a motivated **Electrical Apprentice** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn the electrical trade, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside licensed electricians on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist journeyman and master electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
+ Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
+ Pull wire, install conduit, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
+ Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
+ Participate in ongoing training and skill development
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Enrollment in or willingness to join an electrical apprenticeship program
+ Strong interest in the electrical trade and willingness to learn
+ Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
+ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
+ Excellent teamwork and communication skills

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
